Keena Nelson is a patient leader who takes a strategic approach to helping clients to get their desired results.
For the past 28 years, Keena has worked as a coach, systems analyst, department trainer, team lead, service lead and Agile Delivery Lead in Enterprise Technology in the insurance industry, supporting multiple development teams in agile methodology in managing workflows and processes to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and within scope.
Keena was able to leverage her coaching and agile delivery lead skills and knowledge of workload and process management to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals by managing the details, timelines, communication, and documentation from listing to close, making their business easier, their transactions smoother, and their experience more supported.
